16 HOURS Cafes and Restaurants is a visual zine devoted to highlighting the stories and aesthetics of small businesses focused on food and drink.
Small businesses are essential to our communities. They’re composed of talented entrepreneurs looking to share their creations with the world.
The logo was inspired by our 12 hour clock. The letters of 16 HOURS were arranged in a circle, similar to an analog clock.
16 HOURS refers to 16 out of the 24 hours that we are awake to work, play, explore, spend time with our loved ones, etc.
It’s an appreciation of slowing down, being mindful of our surroundings and paying homage to small businesses.
